With an ever-ready smile on her face and an innate talent for seemingly effortless problem solving, Kim brings a much welcomed skill set to The Spencer Team. She’s confident because she’s been there and done that. She knows how stressful it can be trying to make life-changing decisions from afar, navigating through uncharted territories without actually being there in person to attend to all the pertinent details.

Her own investment journeys for rental properties in Pennsylvania, Virginia, as well as on the Outer Banks, have given her an up-close and personal look at all the angles and strategies.. It’s given her an edge when assisting second-home and investment buyers; an edge they may not even know they need - an agent who’s going to do everything humanly possible to ensure the buying process moves fluidly and stress-free from the search to the closing settlement.

Having previously served as an active realtor in Virginia, Kim relished the opportunity to take her knowledge and craft to a place she has long loved - the Outer Banks. And our Team is thrilled that she did just that!

Since joining us in January 2022, we’ve watched her eagerly expanding and improving her skills to adjust to the constantly changing market. Kim wasted no time jumping right in to assist clients, not only in the investment market, but the primary as well. Focusing on buyer side transactions has fed her passion for growth to provide an excellent and stress-free experience for her clients.

Kim’s ready to hit the road whenever the next hot property hits the market. If it meets a client’s needs, wants and/or desires, she’s on her way to assess and analyze all the details.

Kim loves hiking, walking her “crazy” Yorkiepoos, exploring the Outer Banks with her family and firing up her kiln. (Nope, not pottery. Glass fusion! Yes, we had to ask, too!) While we can’t wait to see what’s coming in the way of “Spencer Team Glass Projects,” we’ll settle for her passion for togetherness and all things food, coffee and wine (and not necessarily in that order).
